3. Orders & Acceptance

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message.

  • Orders may be canceled if:

    • The phone number provided is unreachable

    • The address is incomplete

    • The item becomes unavailable

    • Suspicious or repeated COD orders are detected

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Online Payment (if enabled)

  • Shipping fees are added at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across Egypt.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days.

  • Shipping fees:

    • Cairo & Giza: 45–60 EGP

    • Other Governorates: 60–90 EGP

    • Remote areas: Calculated individually

  • Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier issues.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address and active phone number.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be eligible for exchange depending on the condition and availability.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective.

7. Cancellations

  • Customers can request an order cancellation before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
